Step 1: Find and open the animal you wish to log a death for

Step 2: From the Animal Summary page tap the Action button

Step 3: From the Animal Actions menu, select Compliance.

Step 4: From the Compliance menu select, Deaths.

Step 5: From the Record Death pop up warning, select RECORD DEATH

Step 6: On the Record Death screen, enter a breed if one is not already present.

Also check the date, If you need to backdate the death, click the date to bring up the calendar and select the relevant date.

Step 7: Add the Cause of Death by typing this in.

Next, tap the Book icon next to Approved Disposal Route to bring up a list of contacts from your device.

Step 8: Select the relevant contact details to add into the Approved Disposal Route section.

Step 9: Press Record to save the Death.

Step 10: The Animal Summary page will now change to show a X icon and will display the words OFF/DEAD/ARC - meaning the animal is OFF farm, Logged as DEAD and is now sitting in the ARCHIVE view.

Step 11: This animal can now be found in the Archive - which can be located by going to Groups on the lower navigation menu and then selecting Permanent on the upper groups menu.

Step 12: All archived animals will be stored here and can be search and opened to view their history.

Note!: This death will also be logged in your Movements reports found on your Dashboard account view.
