If you already have a group on the app you wish to 'Draft' skip this section. But if you need to create a certain group of animals, read the example below:

Create a group you wish to draft by using the filter function in Sheep or Cattle, example: 'Female' and 'Not Pregnant', then use the 'Action Button' to select all the animals, then 'Action Button' again, and 'Add to NEW Group'. Then follow the steps below to use the Drafter tool.

Drafter feature in groups:

  1. Navigate to 'Groups' on the bottom navigation bar.

  2. Enter the group you want to check by clicking the chevron.

  3. Click the floating 'Action Button', then click on the option 'Drafter' on the pop up screen.

  4. This will open a screen with a counter, and you scan start scanning animals.

  5. If you scan an animal and it is in the chosen group the screen go green and the counter will go up by 1.

Drafter feature in Animal list:

  • Yellow - Already drafted, previously scanned in session (Checked In List)
